Up to 2 hours of support and web site updates every month at reduced rates. This may include support calls, web site textual updates, programming* updates, etc. Additional hours will be billed at normal business rates 1 year contract $25.00 / hour rates
Maintenance Program: Level 2	$180.00
Up to 4 hours of support and web site updates every month at reduced rates. This may include support calls, web site textual updates, programming* updates, etc. Additional hours will be billed at normal business rates 1 year contract $45.00 / hour rate
Maintenance Program: Level 3	$400.00
Up to 10 hours of support and web site updates every month at reduced rates. This may include support calls, web site textual updates, programming* updates, etc. Additional hours will be billed at normal business rates 1 year contract $40.00 / hour rate
Maintenance Program: Level 4	$700.00
Up to 20 hours of support and web site updates every month at reduced rates. This may include support calls, web site textual updates, programming* updates, etc. Additional hours will be billed at normal business rates 1 year contract $35.00 / hour rates

Maintenance Program: Level 5	$1200.00
Up to 40 hours of support and web site updates every month at reduced rates. This may include support calls, web site textual updates, programming* updates, etc. Additional hours will be billed at normal business rates 1 year contract $30.00 / hour rates

Maintenance Program: Level 6	$2000.00
Up to 80 hours (dedicated 1/2 time person) of support and web site updates every month at reduced rates. This may include support calls, web site textual updates, programming* updates, etc. Additional hours will be billed at normal business rates 1 year contract $25.00 / hour rates

Maintenance Program: Level 7	$3200.00
Up to 160 hours (dedicated full time support person) of support and web site updates every month at reduced rates. This may include support calls, web site textual updates, programming* updates, etc. Additional hours will be billed at normal business rates 1 year contract $20.00 / hour rates


* Programming updates include basic HTML programming. If additional programming or database administration needs are required (such as programming/administration with PHP, MySQL, Perl, C, Java, Access, SQL, Cold Fusion, etc.), you will need to add $10.00/hour to the above listed rates.
