How do I setup FTP?

Just click on the FTP link under the CLIENTS tab in the menu.

Anonymous visitors wishing to access the site via FTP client (e.g. ws_ftp) must use the following information:

FTP hostname: artisangrafix.com
userid: anonymous
password: guest

Note, we do not allow clients the ability to allow users to both upload and download to the same directory. We do this for security reasons. The client is responsible for moving files from the incoming directory to the pub directory if they wish for uploaded files also to be downloaded.

The incoming directory would be:

ftp://artisangrafix.com/incoming

This directory is writeable from the web but NOT readable. No one coming in from the web (or from an FTP program logging in as "anonymous") can see what files are stored here.
